Do you work with beginners?
Absolutely. I work with women at all fitness levels, from complete beginners who are stepping into the gym for the very first time, to more advanced lifters who want to refine their training, physique, and mindset.
If you’re new, I’ll guide you step by step — from exercise technique and training structure to nutrition and confidence — so you never feel lost or overwhelmed.
How much does your coaching cost?
I offer a range of online and in-person coaching packages, designed to suit different goals, experience levels, and budgets. The exact price depends on the level of support you’re looking for and how hands-on you want the coaching to be.
Do you help with fat loss, muscle building, or both?
Both. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, body recomposition, or simply feeling stronger and more confident in your body, I’ll create a plan that supports exactly that — while keeping it realistic and sustainable.
How often should I train each week?
Most clients train 2–4 times per week depending on their goals, schedule, and experience. We’ll choose a structure that fits your lifestyle so it’s realistic and sustainable.
What if I’m busy or have a hectic schedule?
That’s absolutely okay - most of my clients are busy women balancing work, social life, travel, family, and everyday responsibilities. Your coaching is designed to fit your lifestyle, not force you into an unrealistic routine.
One of the biggest benefits of 1:1 coaching is flexibility and ongoing support. If your schedule changes, your workload increases, or life simply gets busy, I’m there to adjust your plan accordingly. This could mean:
- Reducing or increasing the number of workouts per week
- Shortening or lengthening the duration of your workouts
- Modifying sessions to suit how much time and energy you have
- Adjusting training intensity during stressful periods
You’re never expected to “push through” at all costs. Instead, I adapt your plan so you can stay consistent without burning out.
Just as importantly, I focus heavily on education. You’ll learn how to manage your training and nutrition around a busy lifestyle, how to prioritise what truly matters, and how to make smart adjustments when life gets in the way — skills that will serve you long after coaching ends.

Where do 1:1 personal training sessions take place?
For in-person sessions, I am based at JD Gym Glasgow South.
This means you can train with me directly, gethands-on guidance, form feedback, and real-time adjustmentsduring your workouts.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients start feeling stronger and more confident within the first 2–3 weeks. Physical changes usually become visible after 4–6 weeks, depending on consistency, nutrition, and recovery.
